Log in as a Customer

Use this procedure to login as a customer user.

To log in as a customer

In Community Manager, click Company Management and locate the applicable company.

Click the company name to expand the available options and select User Management.

The User Management page opens.

Click Actions > Sign in as this User.

The Trading Grid system for that user displays.

From this page you can

Navigate and browse to find the information.

Return to your own Trading Grid system. Click End Act on Behalf.
