Enable/Disable All Rules

To enable or disable all rules

Click Service Configuration > Event Management.

On the Functional Acknowledgement Rules page, in the Functional Acknowledgement Rules dropdown, select one of the following:

Turn on all rules to enable all rules
*
Turn off all rules to enable all rules

Click OK. The page redisplays showing the new status for all rules.
