Try chown or chgrp to change the ownership or the group to which the file belongs.

File attributes are incorrect (read/write/execute).

Try chmod to change the file mode access permissions.

Sockets input error. The server that creates the input socket was not running when the client tried to connect to it.

Run the server program.

The input socket could not be created by the client because it could not connect to the server.

Verify that the server is running. Also, check whether another client is connected to the server. If necessary, contact your network or system administrator.
