Upload Terms and Instructions

Use this procedure to upload a Terms and Instructions document(s) in .DOC, .PDF, .HTML, etc., formats. The document is common to all orders; each order header contains a link to the document(s), which prompts the Supplier to read it. If your company subscribes to the Active Orders Inventory function, you can upload terms and instructions for that function.

To upload terms and instructions

1	Click the Account Manager tab > Service Configuration > Branding.

The Upload Standard Terms and Instruction File(s) page opens.

2	Select the function to which you want to upload Terms And Instructions.

3	Click Browse to locate your file, and click Attach to add it to the list.

Note: The file size cannot exceed 2000 KB.

4	Repeat these steps for all files you want to upload.
