Error Information

If the processing lifecycle contains error information, you can drill down to view information about the processing errors such as an invalid address, decryption error, etc.

To view process lifecycle error information

On the Processing Lifecycle page, click the details tab for the file, interchange, or document, for example, the File Details tab.

The Summary Information section displays the total number of errors.

To view error information, click the View Errors in the Error Count section.

The applicable error information displays.
