Re-Assign a Default Contact
Important: You must designate one default contact who receives notifications for service messages and outages. Initially, Trading Grid Online assigns the Technical Contact from your Company Profile as the default contact.

To re-assign the default contact

On the Account Manager tab, click Service Configuration > Service Contacts.

Trading Grid Online reassigns the default contact from the previous person to the one specified.
